Where the heck is Bodega Bay?
38 degrees and 20 seconds North latitude, 123 degrees 03 seconds West is where you will find us on the globe. More relatively speaking, the town of Bodega Bay lies about 75 air miles from San Francisco, California. To get from there to here, head north out of San Francisco on Hwy 101, cross the Golden Gate Bridge and turn west at Petaluma. 27 miles later, you will catch your first sight of the ocean at Bodega Bay. From there you can follow Highway One as it twists and curves along the Sonoma County Coastline. For detailed driving information, download one of our handy maps.
